Our Florida Bar and American Bar Association "Best Practices":

In 2003, the American Bar Association adopted Best Practices Guidelines for Legal Information Web Site Providers, for websites, which are guidelines that also apply to law firms.

Our website has not been reviewed by The Florida Bar. Our website seeks, however, to surpass Florida Bar and American Bar Association Website Guidelines.

Also in 2003, Florida, in line with other jurisdictions and with the American Bar Association's urging, adopted ethics rules permitting Florida lawyers to offer "unbundled," or "limited scope," legal services.  The Florida Rule on limited representation can be located under The Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, Rule 4-1.2(c). Certain discrete legal services can be offered under these amendments.
